
I am a Psychology graduate from the University of Chester (awaiting final classification, expecting a 2:2) with over 5 years of customer service, hospitality and team leadership experience. I am currently employed as a Crew Trainer at Mcdonalds, where i am responsible for training new employees, help maintain high standards of customer service and food safety, and support shift runners. I have developed strong communication, team work and problem solving skills through my academic studies and fast paced customer facing roles.
