Carried out face to face consults, did OOH shifts meanwhile and participated in regular bed side teachings to medical and pharmacy students and formal teachings to my fellow trainee colleagues during my tutorial.

Junior doctor role in the department, gaining experience in acute antenatal ward rounds, postpartum suite, assisting in emergency c-sections and gynaecology on call commitments as well

This included holding SHO rota in Geriatric ward and also taking on call duties on a rotational basis. I participated in daily morning huddle , morning ward rounds, doing independant ward rounds 1-2 days a week. I also carried on call, holding bleeps and carrying out clerking and answering to emergencies in MEAU.
April 2022- June 2022- GPST 1, June 2022 - July 2022 as GPST2 in Washingborough Family Practice:
As a GP trainee, saw wide variety of primary care presentations and had daily de-briefs. Participated in weekly practice meetings, carried out home visits. Assisted in Minor Surgical procedures, attended meetings about Practice Management.
Regular ward rounds carried out independently three days in a week, on-call shifts with bleep holder and lead Cardiac arrest teams, consultation in diabetes clinic and endocrinology clinic with minimal supervision.
Worked in Geriatric ward, dealing with multiple morbidities, dealing with geriatric syndromes like falls, dementia and End-of- life Care appropriately. Also carried out on-call acute duties, involving acute admissions, clerking, and holding crash bleeps.
Worked as DMO in stroke unit caring for acute and rehab stroke patients, developing appropriate communication and patient friendly approach
A small nursing home, which was entirely run by me in the Nights and helping me develop immense leadership skills and independent approach.
