I am a qualified carpenter with 18 years of experience specialising in timber windows, doors, sash windows, and heritage property restoration. Throughout my career, I have progressed through the industry to my current position as Operations Director, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality in every aspect of my work.

In my current role with a Surrey-based firm, I am responsible for surveying and measuring, identifying customer requirements, and recommending suitable window and door solutions for both residential and commercial properties. I have extensive experience preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries, and overseeing projects from initial consultation through to installation. Working closely with office staff, workshop teams, and installers, I ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. I am recognised for my excellent communication skills, professional approach, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Equally comfortable working independently or leading teams, I am highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

I enjoy all physical activities whether its playing football, going the gym or going on nature walks with my children. I love films and all genre's of music, mainly country and R&B. I have a desire for property renovation too; my partner and I are in the final stages of completing our third project.
