Undertaking property acquisitions, shortlisting options and agreeing heads of terms or memorandums of sale on behalf of the client

Maintaining accurate department records for work in progress, billing and liaising with admin members of the team for fee accounts and assistance with valuation reports

Collaborating with my colleagues for up to date market information or cross service purposes, such as agency, building surveying and accounts for fee invoices

Ensuring that minimum RICS CPD requirements are adhered to annually
