While working in hospitality i have managed to work well during high demand testing my skills to work under pressure while still meeting the needs of customers with a positive and helpful attitude. Even while attempting to resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction i always make sure to be effective and remain poised. My day at work usually consists of greeting customers, discussing menus, taking orders and keeping track of stock. I also need to wash and dry dishes effectively but also with speed to ensure dishes and cutlery are prepared on time. Another key part of my day is taking payments with the cash register, this has expanded my money handling skills boosting my work experience.
