As a dedicated and enthusiastic front of house team member with two years of experience in a café and bar environment, I have developed strong skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork. My role involved serving a variety of hot beverages, such as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, preparing food items like pizzas, panini, and bagels, as well as bar work, including making bespoke cocktails. This experience has honed my ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high standards of service and food hygiene.

Currently, I am in my first year of studying Psychology at university, where I apply critical thinking skills to analyse and understand human behaviour. My academic background complements my practical experience, enabling me to approach challenges with a thoughtful and analytical mindset.
