Working at Forest pines Spa & Golf resort pushed me to be the best experienced person that I could ever imagined. They helped me take orders accurately making sure allergens were taken carefully and seriously , I always enhanced customer experience by providing excellent service and product knowledge so the customers could feel reassured.

During my time at work I delivered high quality service to customers weather that maybe on their special day or Christmas parties or even on their saddest days I would make sure their day goes to plan.

I learned to manage cash register effectively whilst ensuring accurate transaction processing.i resolved customer complaints maintaining a positive atmosphere and maintained professional demeanour during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Work experience:

I had the chance to work a month in Cyprus as a waitress for work experience, the company delivered great training to bring up to their standards .In the mornings I was collecting plates making sure customers had water at every table to drink I then made sure everything was okay with the level of service is was giving them asking back on feedback.

In the evenings I was to set up for big events making sure everything is precise and perfect, polishing wine glasses, cutlery, packing everything away, setting tables and when deliveries came in I was one of the people to make sure they would have everything perfect.

I started this job at the age 17 I absolutely loved my job as being a lifeguard .I enforced strict pool rules reducing risks of accidents dramatically, to continue of my expiernec of a lifeguard I conducted regular pool inspections to ensure hygiene standards.
