I have held my current post within St Edwards Nursery Class for over 24 years and have been a committed and instrumental member of my team I demonstrate a number of transferable skills that I believe would make an excellent residential child care worker within your establishment Firstly, in my team I am part of the continuous evaluation of our learning and care environment, auditing resources and making adaptations where necessary to ensure adherence and continuous improvement in our service provision I am passionate about working in partnership with our families to support the children in our care and ensure best outcomes for their learning I am trained in the Solihull Approach and this is embedded through my day to day practice and interactions with our stakeholders
