I have a very good work ethic and attendance record at school and work, this is shown by my paperround as I have never missed a day other than pre agreed holiday, I have received commendations from school for my attendance. I have held several part time work positions in the school holidays. These have taught me to work independently as well as learning how to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. I have also learned team work, problem solving and practical skills thanks to the Army Cadet Force. I'm a very dedicated person, I consistently go to the gym and take my fitness seriously which has made me a very active and healthy person.

- Working under pressure: Working in a cafe and chip shop, in the summer in Southwold, in busy conditions, this meant working efficiently and quickly
