Whilst working at the swan and barristers I learnt how to communicate clearly Whilst also remaining professional as an assistant manager i dealt with customer complaints effectively and fairly and also communicated to staff in a professional but also friendly way I believe this gives you the best connection with your staff
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
There was a lot of problems Whilst working in a fast paced nightclub which meant I quickly adapted to problem solving and critical thinking, I was always alert as there would be kick offs, injuries, problems with staff, customers and even DJS
- Adaptability
I did lots of weekend work and night shifts which meant I had to adapt there was times when we would be working serving customers for long periods of time, specially bank holidays I had to adapt to deal with aggressive/drunk people with time I learnt how to remain calm and efficient and to avoid escalation

This is where I really thrive, i worked closely with bar staff, remained professional but also created bonds and i still have amazing friendships even to this day I worked closely with managers, security, live acts, DJS and many more

I’ve handled money and i would say this is another great skill of mine, I would cash up at the end of a busy shift and handled cash from out of the tills and delivered them efficiently to a Safe room I also did lock ups often also So I handled premises keys too
