Have a sports leadership level 3 award - This means that over two years I researched and organized events focused at young adults aged 12-15, usually with mental disabilities, in order for them to learn better communication and hand to eye co-ordination.
Also have an award in Leadership with MIKE. I took this course over 3 years and worked with children aged 7-11. I learnt how to engage people of this age, as well as how to appropriately interact with and recognize potential red flags in the children's behaviour (potential signs of domestic abuse etc)
