- I Myself have not done a lot of working experience in comparison to many people of my age but I still have experience in the industry of retail and customer service. My most recent working experience was with Shoe zone barking and Dagenham I had been sent there for work experience in yR 10. were I could finally understand how the real life world works and how I was able to apply my social and communication skills toward the people who needed them.
- I was assisting many customers who needed help of information and personal opinions of shoes that they needed it was very fun and interesting even though I didn’t get paid as it was mainly an opportunity to gain experience and understand the how communication is a key sill in the retail industry.
- Facilitated smooth checkout process, enhancing customer satisfaction levels.Participated in team meetings contributing valuable ideas for sales improvement.
