Fern .Rushton

In this role, I worked in a team. As a team we faced many obstacles. From confrontational customers to short deadlines. I had to learn to manage my time well and professionally manage difficult people. Being on the tills really pushed me to be more confident, through building relationships with community members.

At my time in Tech Corner, I have taken time to educate myself and adapt to a fast changing environment. I go above and beyond to help each customer with their individual technical needs. From doing extensive research or providing them with all of the product information needed to support their enquiries. I am also a keyholder, this means i am trusted to open and close the store ensuring high levels of security.

My secondary job as a delivery driver shows how hardworking I am. I can manage A demanding schedule whilst maintaining excellent performance. I have been faced with many difficulties on the roads which I have responded to promptly and effectively. I can adapt to changing weather and road conditions by ensuring I am driving safely and being attentive.
