Rail Infrastructure – CP6 Framework

• Delivered high-level possession planning and stakeholder coordination for major works on Central London railway lines, reducing programme slippage and achieving handover ahead of RHTB.

Digital Transformation – MIMS Digital Refresh

• Led development and integration of new company-wide digital business support system (MIMS) which has helped in improving strategic planning and reporting capabilities.
