- As a volunteer, I guided visitors to different wards and locations within the hospital.
- My communication skills also improved since I had to use the radio I was given to relay information to the Volunteer reception and the fellow volunteers when a hospital visitor needed to use the indoor buggy service because they had trouble walking.
- I conducted charity work at a cake sale for the Northamptonshire Health Charity at a cake sale inside the hospital with 3 other peers and raised over a hundred pounds. Through this, I was able to get experience working effectively in a team to accomplish a goal.
