• During the Covid 19 pandemic I volunteered to call vulnerable people isolating themselves who were in need of company and human interaction, I very much enjoyed doing this and interacting with new people while having the knowledge I was making a tough time a little bit more bearable
• I made over 500 calls and spoke to around 50 different people over the course of the year
• Going above and beyond the parameters of my voluntary work on one occasion ensuring a woman alone without food was able to get in touch with the council and get herself food delivered.
