As I am 15, I am still in school full time. However, due to this I am able to:

• Quickly learn and applied new skills to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Consistently arrive at work on time and ready to start immediately.
• Carry out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.

My mother is a teacher, meaning I go into her school to do jobs such as hearing readers, organising, helping children etc. Being a teaching assistant has taught me how to:

• Assist in lesson planning for effective curriculum delivery.
• Maintain sensitivity towards students with additional needs, continually improving their development and confidence.
• Collaborate with teaching staff in organising and supervising school events, showing my good teamwork.
• Demonstrate respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Cleaned work areas and equipment to maintain good hygiene and standards

I have done horse riding for about 5 years and during this time I worked voluntarily at a riding school.

This meant I:

• Trained rigorously, improving physical fitness and resilience.
• Worked in diverse weather conditions, demonstrating pliability and adaptability.
• Provided emotional support, increasing confidence and positivity.
• Shown positivity and enthusiasm towards customers with a friendly and optimistic attitude
• Gained extreme determination
