Ethan Waters

This position was only temporary over the summer however I learnt a lot of valuable skills over the 2 months. My role consisted of checking in the customer, making sure i was approachable, friendly and helpful with any questions or queries they had. Additionally another part of my role was to make sure customers were safe on the slide and not risking potential injury.

My role within the organisation is to refurbish and repair an array of technological devices such as: laptops, desktops and monitors. I have to make sure the specification of the product is adequate and that the product is in full working condition. With this experience I am able to follow instructions with a great degree of precision and detail in order to fulfil the task at hand. My employment has equipped me with skills that allow me to work under pressure and to manage time efficiently. I am also very meticulous with my work ensuring that it is of the highest quality.
