I am an active and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for health, fitness, and well-being. Having played netball and lacrosse from a young age, I continue to stay engaged with fitness through regular gym workouts that help balance my busy schedule. During the summer months, I spend much of my time sailing and traveling; I have even crossed the English Channel multiple times and recently Au Paired with a family to enhance my Spanish language skills.
My interest in nutrition and the impact of diet on mental and physical health aligns seamlessly with my medical studies and fuels my love for cooking. I am continually expanding my knowledge in this area, which I find both personally rewarding and professionally relevant.
