Eoin McMullan

• I started a part-time job in Maginns when I was 16. Here I learned how to work with others and manage my time between work and school.
• I established good communication skills here and good people skills.

Kane Group is a business run by my family. It is owned by my Dad and my uncles. Every summer for the past 4 years I have worked in my family's business. I have worked with Accountants, Quantity Surveyor, Estimators and Engineers.

I have spent the past 2 summers helping set up estimating systems in the company. I had to get information from all over the business. I had to work with multiple employees and work in teams to set up this system.

Working in my family business has allowed me to learn what it is like to work in an office and work 40 hour weeks. I also gained experience using teams, excel and even being in meetings with managers. I also learned about meeting deadlines.
