Highly motivated , warm , compassionate hard working individual whom always endeavours to maintain and further enhance existing nursing skills and knowledge. All qualifications are relevant to general nursing but highlight multiple experiences within diverse healthcare organisations including mental health and forensics where I have been enabled to gain and deliver mental health and learning disability nursing practices .

This has enabled myself to deliver effective application of the nursing framework and evidence based practice to achieve results and enhance patient care, whist minimising gaps in equality of healthcare delivery .

Enjoys working within an MDT and on an individual basis dependent upon the requirement. Avid keen listener who enjoys communicating with any individual but especially the patient to gauge their wellbeing, and acknowledge their needs enhancing the nurse patient rapport. Thrives working under pressure, within various settings and being set challenges.
