In my current role I am supporting children on a 1:1 basis with Special Educational Needs, which has given me huge experience in inclusivity and safeguarding. I am dedicated to providing the best outcomes for the people I am working with and their families. I have strong organisational skills combined with patience and the ability to adapt to any given situation. I enjoy learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
Within this role at Yatton Junior School, I have been working as a one to one and group Learning Support Assistant, to support childrens learning and help to facilitate independent learning. I develop individual learning plans for a child diagnosed with ASD and have encouraged 'Life Skills' based learning.
This role enables me to work closely with outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for the children I am working with.
In this role I was responsible for providing support and training to Ricohs Business Partners within the South West and South Wales of England. This included launching new products to sales teams and providing the ongoing sales training, helping to achieve sales targets by providing field support and arranging sales based events, including exhibitions and seminars. This was a home/field based role in which I managed my own diary and projects.
Within this role I was responsible for working with Canons direct sales force to enable the sales and implementation of Electronic Document Management systems across a variety of different customer settings.
