My name is Ema Urbaite and I’m 15 years old.I am hard working and ambitious which can be seen through my grades at school.I love science and the fact that I get to do something I love and help people at the same time is a massive advantage.I like to help out at school doing parents evenings.I am very responsible and I keep up to date with all of my commitments like walking my dog,doing my chores and revision.

- Organisation and time management -I have a structured day where I am very organised with my studies and making sure I have time for other hobbies eg I am able to juggle revision,walking my dog,doing my chores and working out all after school
- Adaptability-If something unexpected comes up,I am able to figure out a solution and make adjustments to my plan or day eg when we,re working in groups we will come up with an idea and if my idea was chosen but then changed for another idea I will accept it and go with another idea
- Research-I am able to conduct research when needed and finding reliable sources eg Information was needed for a debate in english I was able to conduct my research effectively
- work ethic-I make sure my work is at a high standard and I work well in class and out side of class to keep high grades
