I have been working here part-time and have thoroughly enjoyed learning about sales and becoming more involved in that sector of work. It has involved incredibly diverse work, ranging from events - selling pan-asian cuisine to customers to helping promote the company to potential customers. Some of the key areas I have been involved in include:

• Improved customer service by efficiently handling queries and complaints.
• Assisted customers with product selection for optimal satisfaction.
• Ensured stock replenishment in a timely manner to maintain product availability.
• Handled cash transactions swiftly, ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift.

I really enjoy working here helping with the overall smooth running of the nursery daily. There can be many responsibilities involved but some of the key areas I am involved in include:

• Enhanced children's social skills by arranging group activities.
• Facilitated creative development for better personal expression through art and craft sessions.
• Ensured child safety with supervision during playtime.
• Prepared healthy meals, promoting balanced nutrition in young children.

Immediately following graduating university I began working here in order to gain some valuable experience of nursing/healthcare, as I was at that time considering a career linked to that industry. It was incredibly rewarding being involved in the responsibilities linked to caring of the residents, which included:

• Assisting in patient care, improving comfort and well-being.
• Providing basic health education to patients for proper self-care post discharge.
• I delivered high-quality patient service by maintaining cleanliness in wards.
• Monitoring vital signs of patients with meticulous attention to detail for accurate readings.

I worked part time for this company during my final years of school and beginning of university, helping with events such as weddings, parties, corporate events and graduations. On some occasions I worked as an event manager which involved the smooth running of the event and organisation of other staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the additional responsibility of being an event manager, some of these included:

• Coordinated with catering service for optimal food presentation and distribution.
• Assisted in planning of event layouts for efficient space utilisation.
• Addressed guest queries promptly, provided excellent customer service.
• Worked closely with event managers to understand specific requirements for each function.
