I work as a team member serving customers, this includes kitchen duties, preparing orders for Just Eat and making fresh food and hot food that the customers order .I have experience in also keeping the word area spotlessly clean for optimal hygiene levels and to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Additionally I have experience of setting up the shop in the morning and ensuring that everything is prepared ready for opening.

I worked for Tulleys farm for their Halloween season as a host, in this role i greeted and directed guests into the correct line to make sure it was as smooth running for them as possible and i made sure to create a positive and welcoming first impression.

Making conversation with the guests whilst they were waiting in the queues was a crucial part of my job as it allowed me to understand how they were feeling wether that was scared, excited or happy and it also allowed me to listen to any feedback that might be given for their night. Due to working here i have expanded my knowledge on the different types of people you can encounter in day to day life which i now carry in my job present.
