During my shifts at Cafe Ri-An, I provide multiple services at the cafe to ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable and have an excellent experience with us. This includes:

• Warmly greeting guests upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Preparing a range of hot and cold drinks using an espresso machine whilst ensuring aesthetic drink presentation.
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction by providing attentive, proactive and helpful service.
• Taking accurate guest orders and relaying information to the kitchen about preferences, requests, or allergens.
• Optimising workflow in busy periods through successful coordination and communication with the kitchen staff and chef.
• Serving meals and drinks with professionalism and skill, maintaining high presentation and quality standards.
• Attending tables regularly to check customer needs are met, promptly processing additional food and drink orders.
• Performing cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, collecting as well as washing dishes and taking out garbage.

• Provided compassionate care to enhance animal wellbeing and comfort.
• Comforted animals to alleviate distress and minimise incidents.
• Paid consistent attention to resident felines, offering affection to boost wellness.
• Exercised dogs regularly to support physical fitness and mental stimulation.
• Supervised outdoor enclosures, runs and play areas to support animal safety.
• Performed cleaning duties such as changing litter boxes, cleaning kennel and cattery areas and outdoor areas.
