I worked as a Manager at Poke Café in Formby, (now know as VIVE)where I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the café in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. My duties included opening and closing the business, cash handling and till management, staff supervision, shift coordination, stock control, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety were maintained at all times. I was highly skilled in preparing a range of speciality coffees and matcha beverages while delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers. As exam invigilator, i was responsible for ensuring that exams were conducted in a fair, secure, and orderly manner. My duties include setting up the exam room according to regulations, distributing and collecting exam materials, and supervising candidates throughout the exam.I Directed candidates to seating areas according to subject and level. As an Invigilator i monitor the room to prevent cheating, provide time updates, and address any queries or issues raised by candidates. They must maintain a calm and professional demeanour while ensuring compliance with exam rules and regulations. Additionally, I assisted candidates with special needs and reported any irregularities or misconduct to the appropriate authorities.
