I am a dedicated professional with extensive expertise in the EYFS curriculum and a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice 2015, Equality Act 2010 and safeguarding frameworks. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to upskill and empower other professionals to improve the outcomes for young children. I am experienced in liaising with multi-agency partners and families to ensure timely identification, effective support, and smooth transitions for children with emerging and identified SEND. I have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and I am passionate about providing high-quality inclusive practice that is accessible, meaningful and engaging for all young children.
