  • I am an Early Years teacher with over twenty years of experience, including both Nursery and Reception settings.
  • I have consistently driven GLD improvements within my settings.
  • I currently lead Reading and Phonics in EYFS and KS1 - training staff to deliver quality teaching to improve standards. I track and monitor the progression of students and support staff to offer child-focused interventions where needed.
  • I collate, analyse and report GLD data to parents, Senior Leadership Team and Governors via reports and in-person meetings.
  • I have extensive experience of working with children with a range of SEND, children who have EAL and Looked After Children.
