This is all highlighted by the fact that I started work at my current job(Aldi) as a store assistant and have excelled through the managerial ranks to be a recognised Assistant store manager and have been in this role since November 24. I have great recent experience of running my shop as a store manager when covering sickness for 2 months. This taught me a great deal and highlights my willingness to learn on the job as-well as my proactive approach to pressured situations.
