I have nearly 10 years within the plumbing and heating industry. During this time, I have gained skills such as installing a range of different heating systems, installing underfloor heating, diagnosing plumbing and heating issues, installing water softeners and unvented systems, and various other aspects of plumbing. I own a range of power tools, which I use comfortably daily. I am comfortable working by myself or within a part of a team. I have a high level of customer service and enjoy explaining to clients the problem and helping fix the issue; I am also comfortable taking payment on the job. I hold a full UK driver’s license and hold my ccn1 qualification. I have also completed multiple manufacturers' installer courses, as well as first aid training courses.
