Currently, I subcontract for Murphy Plumbing and Heating as a self-employed plumber, where I have honed my skills and expertise in the field. In this role, I consistently demonstrate qualities such as hard work, dependability, and resilience. My commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceeding client expectations has earned me a reputation for reliability and professionalism.

At Murphy Plumbing and Heating, meeting deadlines is paramount to ensuring client satisfaction and project success, and I consistently demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed these deadlines with ease and confidence.

However, while self-employment and sub-contracting has provided valuable experiences and opportunities for personal and professional growth, I have encountered challenges with the inconsistency of work being presented by contractors and clients.

Despite this, I remain dedicated to my craft and continue to strive for excellence in every project I undertake.

At Synergy Heat, formally known as Neat Heat, I learnt a range of skills in all aspects of plumbing, heating and bathroom installation. As well as bringing my knowledge and insights to an already professional team.

In my previous role as a plumbing, heating and bathroom installer, I demonstrated a strong work ethic as a valued team member. My commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship was evident in every project we undertook. I maintained a clean and tidy work environment, ensuring that both job sites and the customers' properties were treated with the utmost respect.

I approached each task with professionalism and attention to detail, consistently exceeding expectations. Whether installing heating systems or renovating bathrooms, I upheld the highest standards of craftsmanship and reliability. My interactions with customers were always professional and respectful, I was confidently able to answer any queries they may have, or I was able to find relevant sources of information to answer said queries, building strong and long-lasting relationships between customers and the Synergy Heat

Overall, my time at Synergy Heat as a plumbing and heating engineer and bathroom installer would be defined by my dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence.

During my time at High Peak Gasline, I arrived on time every day, eager to absorb knowledge and enhance my skills in the field of plumbing and heating engineering.

I attended all necessary training at Stockport College where I gained my Level 2 Plumbing and Heating NVQ as part of my apprenticeship.

But the key values I learnt at Highpeak Gasline were:

The high level of workmanship that is to be expected and exceeded.

The importance of punctuality and preparation both in and outside of work hours.

How to be able to adapt to situations and overcome any issues that may arise.

And lastly how to be able to be a committed, dedicated, hard-working and equal member of the team.
