The objective of the study is to assess the therapeutic approaches for Diabetic Nephropathy. 

The management of Diabetic Nephropathy necessitates a comprehensive approach encompassing strict glycemic control, RASS inhibitors, lipid lowering agents, weight loss, protein restriction and smoking cessation.
