  • November 2019 Worcester Royal Hospital Audit of Surgery Consent in Trauma patients. To determine compliance of the operative consent form completion amongst patients undergoing orthopaedics trauma surgery with the agreed guidelines. Ensuring adequate information sharing and appropriate documentation of discussion.
