o Coaching and encouraging my staff to set their monthly Objective and Key Results (OKR) , providing clear direction to set their Routine Tasks ( RT) and Growth Tasks (GT). Monitoring their progress regularly.

o Constantly tracking the sales data of PO and Retail business and devising monthly improvement plan

o The challenge was to teach students who had English as their second language as majority of them were from Middle Eastern expatriate families. o Learnt to work with data and use them to set new goals. Adopted monthly self reflections practice which helps even today in business and personal life to plan forward for the next months.

o I learnt the importance of setting yearly targets and tracking them every quarter. I modified this learning and applied in my business. Now I set monthly Growth Task( GT) and track it every week at Edgware Road Post Office. I have seen great results using this goal setting technique.

o Managing behaviour was a challenge which required of me to build good relation with students quickly. I learnt that rewarding correct behaviour will get the job done.

o I applied this technique at ERPO [Edgware Road Post Office] in dealing with my staff and tracked their goal setting data every week and shared with all members of staff. This helped me to achieve 1000 GR for my branch and become the first branch in the network to achieve this milestone.

o Due to my positive energy bought to the job, I was referred to : ‘A ball of fire, radiating positivity" by my Head teacher at a time.

o The challenge was to survive the first year as I was new to the country and have an appropriate command on my language skills.

o I applied my " Never giving up attitude" to this problem and by enormous practice and re learning the skill, I was able to make significant progress. I learnt that "If there is a will , there is a way!"

o Worked as a Manager , directly managing 3 sales assistant near me.

o Promoting weekly sales with promotional displays.

o Responsibility for stock , display of stock , preparing and placing orders.
