Extensive experience in IT, financial, HR and and managed systems, updating electronic systems accurately, handling budget information confidentially, and following established procedures and operating guidelines. I take pride in my attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, particularly when working with members of the public. I am comfortable using IT systems and learning new digital tools quickly. In my current role I manage multiple information systems such as SIMS, iTrent, microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
Working effectively as part of a team is one of my strengths. I believe I am a reliable, flexible, and supportive person, and I understand the importance of clear communication to ensure services run smoothly.

Whilst keeping the Director informed of all changes and progress as it occurs. I have a keen sense of attention to detail, so she asked me to take full charge of these documents. I have continued the use of these as School Clerk.
During my time with the PHS Group, I was fully responsible for Customer Information Packs and Reports - produced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - they were integral to securing new business and renewing contracts. I liaised with Account Managers to discuss their needs for individual packs/ reports, personalising them and ensuring they were of high quality, as well as producing these on short notice if needs be. Making sure I could anticipate and plan how to deal with changes in my workload, reprioritising any work where necessary for this, while still making sure I completed my short, medium and long term goals. I analysed and evaluated their data from customer accounts and I ensured that the account managers knew of any important and/ or relevant information and changes. I made sure they felt that the service they received was personal. Working effectively and efficiently to resolve problems whilst trying to manage their expectations effectively. I was skilled in building rapport with our customers and team members, whereby they trusted me to manage their account information quickly and came to me directly with any help they needed, being their first point of contact.
