The best way to describe me is driven, in any field I want to be the best and I want to meet targets to satisfy myself. my first job was in retail, the main task was selling to customers and meeting daily targets, it was important that I was motivated to build relationships with customers to help with this. I have played football all my life, this has given me many traits that have stuck with me since I can remember, leadership, teamwork and grit. Fighting for a result like my life depended on it, this has helped me in my professional career being able to talk to people professionally but building a relatable connection that allows the customer to gravitate towards me. I have always been able to sell, my first memory of this was selling sweets at school, which developed into retail sales, then ticket sales. Being able to mould myself into the person the customer will relate to or gravitate towards most has helped me to be successful in this. my selling ability allowed my store to reach its KPI Christmas target.
