  • This is a nationwide project assessing the risk of developing Cardiovascular disease over a 10 year period
  • I provide the clients Q-risk score by taking height weight measurements, Blood Pressure, health, lifestyle and family history information and point of care testing for Cholesterol and Diabetes, in the form of a blood sample
  • I then discuss their Q-risk score and offer guidance and advice and possible referrals to help them to achieve a lower risk of developing Cardiovascular disease
