Work history

OMMT Facilitating Trainer

NHS Foundation Trust
London
2025.03 - Current

I currently deliver whole day, face to face training on Learning Disability and Autism to NHS staff across four boroughs. I keep my sessions engaging through group discussions, activities, and case studies about real-life situations, supported by the NHS values.

I work closely with my co-trainers, who are themselves Autistic and/or have a Learning Disability to prepare for and then reflect on sessions to continually improve our practice.

I stay up to date with current legislation and guidance which improves the health and social inequalities which both of these groups face; including but not limited to the Equality Act (2010) and the LeDeR Report (2023- published September 2025).

I issue certificates and liaise with delegates to provide any additional support they require.
