
In summary, I am friendly, work very well with others and make friends and colleagues easily. I learn quickly and always try my hardest at the tasks assigned to me. I am also always happy to help anyone who needs it to the best of my ability. I am flexible and would be available to work on any schedule. I value fairness and impartiality greatly which keeps situations professional.
While working at McDonald's I learnt he importance of following instructions and helping customers with their orders or any problems they may have. During working here it was imperative that we all worked together in order to serve customers correctly and in a timely manner.
While I was working in the British Army this further highlighted the need to work as a team and ensure tasks were followed to the best of our ability while being within the given timeframe. The Army also shown the importance of being respectful to others while being fair and impartial to maintain discipline and standards.
In my free time I enjoy doing Brazilian Jujitsu and driving, have recently passed my test. I work to keep my physical fitness high by going to the gym and long distance running. I am also learning to cook, in particular Italian dishes.
During my time as an exam invigilator I helped set up and prepare the exams for students to sit. During these exams I go and help any students who require support and provide supervision if necessary. This job required discipline in order to be there early before the exams begun in order to set up the papers while also maintaining strict exam conditions. This job also required flexibility in schedules as exams take place at intervals over a five week period.
During my time inside the British Army I learnt many skills.
I learnt the importance of working as a team to ensure that a task was completed to the best of our ability and on time. Inside of field exercises I learnt the need to be specific when requesting new equipment and rations or our effectiveness would be hampered.
During my time I helped other soldiers revise and practice for tests. I made many friends from many different backgrounds allowing me to be impartial when talking to people and being able to build rapport quickly.
This experience showed me the need to be respectful to others and working with them to complete tasks even you may not get along.
This also highlighted the need to listen to the chain of command and be disciplined enough to carry out tasks effectively under pressure.
During my time at McDonald's I worked at the front of house, dealing with customers. My job consisted of creating a part of their meal or deliver it to the customer after putting all items together. During my time here I also resolved complaints about food and drinks from customers while also restocking supplies to the storage areas. During these shifts could ensure I was there early and ready to work as soon as my shift began.
I am motivated and work well in a team I am also able lead a team to complete required tasks or solve problems I enjoy working with others and get along well with them During my time in the Army I met people from various backgrounds and got along well with them I am professional in that I will complete a task to the best of my ability I view that being impartial and fair is necessary to create a good working environment and helps build a stronger team
