I am a dedicated, successful professional with a background in managing retail operations and leading teams.

However, my true passion lies in helping others and supporting people in self improvement as well as giving educated advice. So I decided in 2024 to start to work towards qualifications in the social care sector and after completing several recent qualifications in the child care, autism and mental sector and through my many years within the scouting organisation I now feel that it is the right time to change field in order to fulfill my passion of changing the future for children. I have expertise in adult and child safeguarding, psychosocial support, and youth engagement strategies. Skilled in child advocacy, family dynamics understanding, and maintaining professional boundaries to foster safe and supportive environments. I feel that my proven ability in man management, motivational speaking, and colleague training can also be a positive set of skills that I can help transition into a care sector role. I am committed to honing my skills and coupling them with my passions to promote well-being and deliver impactful positives within diverse settings.
