When I turned 17 and passed my driving test, I bought a van and I went off to work for DJL.this was a firm that covered all aspects of construction/fitout from tiling to electrical works. This was a very demanding position I took on and id soon realise after just a year id be running gangs of lads on site and working to very tight schedules. There was a lot of pressure on me, however that's what the best thing about the job was.

my responsibilities within this role were to:

• Meet project deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety.
• Develop and initiated projects, managed costs and monitored performance.
• Maintain relationships with material vendors to lower costs and diversify capabilities.
• Provide detailed product orders based on project drawings and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between internal personnel, contractors and vendors for project cohesion.
• Lead project teams through design, construction and launch process.

I joined Morgan Lowe Homes when I was 15 years old. to begin with I would just work on weekends as id have school in the weekdays, however once I left school and started college id work Monday, Thursday, Friday and then the weekend if needed.

My responsibilities in this job role was to:

• Maintain energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment.
• Maintain excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve target results.
• Work flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
