My main duties on a day-to-day shift would entail:

• Dealing with customer complaints and processing their issues with problem-solving skills.
• Operation of the till register, taking and counting cash with accuracy and processing card transactions.
• When on shop floor, monitoring display stock levels and replenishing delivery so the shop floor stays consistently well-stocked,
• Assisting customers with selection and sales, recommending other items as well.
• Click and collecting items customers have ordered online with accuracy.
• Providing exchanges and refunds to customers.
• Updated product labelling and pricing to reflect discounts and offers.
• Guaranteed high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge and attentive service.
