Part of the responsibilities within my role is to identify open work and allocate accordingly ensuring any work allocated complies with Working time directive and RTA regulations.

Communication is a major factor within my role as i have to use many different skills to enable me to communicate with people with variable ranges of abilities.

A big part of my duties include inputting data into spreadsheets and other documents. Ensuring correct details are entered is paramount.

I Liaise with different departments within the business to help keep inline with Current KPIs and doing my upmost to meet and beat these targets.
