Summary

I have worked as a support worker since I was 17 I am now 21.

I have gave emotional support, cleaning support, supported people to manage their finances, maintain relationships, to make informed decisions, administered medication, assisted and prompted with personal care and supported with appointments and also activities.

I have worked with individuals who are elderly, have learning disabilities and mental health problems.

After leaving college and getting a job as a support worker it gave me motivation and made me want to learn more about helping and supporting people.

I went back to college and I am now studying Adult Nursing in the University of Manchester.

I am enjoying my course but I prefer the practical side and like to work whilst I'm learning new skills.

I am seeking a new job that can provide me with some flexibility, I am always up for squeezing shifts in around my university work as I like to stay busy.
