I undertook the Ryaniar Cabin Crew six week training programme based at Stansted. It was an intensive course covering many aspects customer service at the highest level including conflict resolution, air safety, first aid, working in fast changing environmental & high stress situations. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges & experiences this course represented, the training I was given is invaluable to me as it will be applicable & relatable to any future career path I may pursue.
