- My main role is to welcome clients by creating a warm, professional first impression.

- I manage all appointment bookings, cancellations, and scheduling using salon systems, handle all payments, answer calls, messages, emails and any walk in enquiries.

- Support all stylists by preparing clients with refreshments and ensuring the salons kept at a high standard.

- As also being assistant manager i manage stock orders and ensure the assistants are doing their jobs throughout the day.

- I delivered excellent customer service by welcoming members, signing members up, monitoring the gym floor and handling enquiries in person and via phone/email.

- Conducted Routine checks to ensure cleanliness, safety and organisation of all training areas.

- I did countless of tours throughout my shifts and engaged with new potential members and ensured we could provide them with what they were looking for and hoping to achieve. This was one of my favourite parts of the job, getting to know members and being able to communicate with them having the same interests in common.

- I worked as a Sales Adviser on the shop floor for Women's and Men's clothing, my role included various tasks, my main priority was providing the best customer service and leaving the customer satisfied.

- I got the big deliveries into the store and organised all new clothing and helped with layout on the shop floor.

- As a team we had targets to reach and utilise sales strategies to increase purchase amounts.

- I have learnt a lot about health & safety as I was responsible to manage the shop floor when my Manager was unable to. This helped boost my knowledge and how to handle certain situations with staff and customers.

- I was working in a high end busy salon that had various different roles, I managed all appointments, answered phone calls and inquiries, tidied stylists sections, greeted and made customers feel welcome with drinks.

- I also managed stock, selling products and services, washed clients hair, took all payments including cashing up and open/closed, There was more than just reception involved in my job, I also managed personal matters for my bosses and did a lot of overtime.

- This is the job thats boosted my confidence most and made me feel capable of handling any situation as I had a lot of responsibility to ensure the stylists life were made easier and kept everything as organised as it could be.

- My role was to follow orders on the shop floor, organising, working on tills and helping customers with any of their enquiries along with serving them, resolved customer complaints, greeted customers and engaged in conversation to assess needs.

- I worked as part of a team with a great group of co-workers to accomplish goals, reach our targets and address issues related to our products and services.
