  • I worked on Morrello Phase II which was in the process of constructing two 25-story towers comprised of 368 residential apartments, and a further 118 social and shared ownership living units (Clarion Housing Association Limited).
  • Menta Regeneration and Mitsubishi worked closely with the community to provide a welcoming social space that includes 18,000 sq ft of retail and commercial floor space, a new public realm. In addition to bringing new private and socially rented homes, we working collaboratively with TFL to provide a new link bridge to East Croydon train station, in doing so the residents within the whole Morello development and the wider community will be more connected to efficient transport links.
