- In this role I managed team of 13 drivers with 14 class 2 vehicles and a class 1 unit and 1 40ft trailer. I monitor holidays, plan routes, services,MOTs and fridge services for the fleet and ensure driver compliance across the fleet. I'm named on the operator's license for both Blakemore meats and A.F.Blakemore's Willenhall depot which has 90+ vehicles.
- Over the course of the time in this role, I have improved MPG rating whilst managing the drivers scores and have coached drivers from C grades to A grades in a matter of weeks.
- Lead the accident procedure and coached new managers in best practice to ensure a quick and accurate report of events.
