Chloe Wright

I have worked since the age of 16 with an events company and a supermarket alongside studying for a degree and believe I am a consistently hard working individual. I have worked in customer focused environments and am confident in ensuring a positive customer experience and am competent in complaint handling, making sure to always demonstrate a positive attitude and have a proactive approach to ensuring a positive outcome.

I work well under pressure in busy environments both independently and as part of a team. I have excellent time management and organisational skills. I am competent in cash handling and card systems and strive to fulfil busy shifts with a positive attitude. I am a quick learner and able to adapt to new working environments quickly which I have proven through my work experience with an events company. I am able to maintain a clean and organised working environment to ensure both customer and employer satisfaction and have a good knowledge of stock rotation and replenishment. I feel I have a positive attitude to work with excellent punctuality and flexibility and hope that I have the opportunity to build on these skills in a full time position and learn new skills and responsibilities.

• I enjoy the gym, running and keeping fit. I try to have a good work life balance to ensure I remain focused and committed when on shift by also socialising with friends and family eating out, visiting the cinema and travelling.
